The new YouTrend/AGI Supermedia survey of October 15 redraws the balance of power among Italian political parties: Roberto Vannacci 's National Future loses ground, while the center-right gains support and moves closer to the opposition. The gap between the two coalitions narrows to a few decimal points, reopening the competition ahead of the upcoming elections. Here are the details of the latest political polls.
The center-right and the broad field are almost equal: the majority bonus is decisive
Another significant element concerns the competition between the coalitions , which has become particularly intense following the entry of South Calls North, Cateno De Luca's formation, which is credited with 1,1%. Its contribution brings the center-right to 42,9% of the overall consensus , bringing it closer to the broad camp, which reaches 43,1%.
The gap between the two sides is therefore just 0,2 percentage points, with both coalitions above the 42% threshold set by the Stabilicum for the assignment of the majority bonus.
Public opinion is also divided on the electoral reform : 41% of those interviewed express a positive opinion, compared to 37% who rate it negatively.
Furthermore, 55% believe the new system does not favor any particular party, while 20% believe it was designed to benefit the current majority. Finally, awareness of the new rules remains limited: more than three out of four Italians say they know little or nothing about the law's content.
Political polls show Vannacci losing ground: center-right numbers are shifting.
National Future , the party led by Roberto Vannacci, lost 0,5% to 7,2% , ceding fourth place to Forza Italia , which remained stable at 7,4% . Among the government forces, Brothers of Italy consolidated its leadership, reaching 27,2% , with a growth of 0,4%. Positive signs also came from the League , which gained 0,3% to 6%.
On the opposition front , the Democratic Party fell to 20,1%, while the Five Star Movement dropped to 12,4%. Bucking the trend, the Green and Left Alliance rose to 6,4%. Azione, on the other hand, remained stable at 3,2% and +Europa at 1,7%, while Italia Viva reached 2,4% and the Liberal Democratic Party 1,4%.
