Boara Pisani, October 15 (askanews) – With over forty years of experience, Serenissima Ristorazione operates in mass catering for the healthcare, school, and corporate sectors, with 14 companies and over 12 employees. With a turnover of over €620 million in 2025, the group has invested €80 million in the three-year period 23-25 to strengthen production capacity, logistics, and technological innovation.
Among the main projects is the expansion of the Boara Pisani production facility, in which the Group has invested over 15 million euros over the past two years to support the expansion, with the Imperiali Chef brand, into new market segments, such as hotel, airline, and ship catering. "We have invested heavily in developing our Imperiali Chef brand, also participating in major international trade fairs.
This new investment will allow us to look to the future with greater peace of mind: through environmental sustainability and reducing water waste, we will be more efficient and will be able to attract new customers, who are increasingly attentive and systematic about sustainability issues. The next three years will see the consolidation of the Imperiali Chef brand with an eye on international markets, targeting not only Europe, but also North America and Asia,” said Tommaso Putin, Vice President of the Serenissima Ristorazione Group. Food quality and safety, technology and innovation, sustainability: these are the levers we are focusing on to develop in new markets. “At our Boara Pisani production center, one of the largest in Europe, Serenissima Ristorazione applies innovative technologies such as Cook & Chill and Cook & Freeze: production systems based on refrigeration technology that allow us to extend the product's shelf life.
The plant features a clean room, a facility spanning over 600 square meters dedicated to packaging meals with a low bacterial count, thus ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and hygiene and a longer shelf life. "In this facility, we produce over 40.000 meals a day: absolutely safe, but above all delicious," added Laura Rossl, Dietitian and Food Intelligence Manager for the Serenissima Ristorazione Group. The goal is to continue our growth and expand our presence in the HoReCa, airline and cruise catering sectors, and internationally.
