Adnkronos (Adnkronos) – The Board of Directors of Il Sole 24 Ore SpA, meeting today in Milan under the chairmanship of Maria Carmela Colaiacovo, unanimously resolved to appoint Giuseppe De Bellis as Editor-in-Chief of Il Sole 24 Ore, Radio 24, Radiocor, and all other newspapers of the Il Sole 24 Ore Group, effective December 7, 2026, as anticipated by Adnkronos. The Board of Directors also resolved, again unanimously, to confirm Fabio Tamburini as Editorial Director of the Il Sole 24 Ore Group.

The many results achieved, including strengthening the authority of Il Sole 24 Ore's information, contributing to the launch of successful new initiatives such as the Trento Economics Festival, and reaching the milestone of celebrating its 160th anniversary, testify to Director Tamburini's effective and decisive contribution, consistent with the editorial and corporate values.
Giuseppe De Bellis, 48, a professional journalist with extensive experience as a director, gained across all media: print and digital newspapers, periodicals, television, and new multimedia platforms.
Throughout his career, he has combined his journalistic experience with increasing responsibilities in leading editorial teams, products, and complex editorial organizations, building a profile that combines editorial vision, innovation, and managerial ability. In July 2025, he took on the role of Executive Vice President of News, Sport & Entertainment at Sky Italia and Editorial Director of Sky TG24, overseeing Sky Italia's entire content offering, from news and entertainment to the Sky, TV8, and Cielo branded channels and their related digital properties. His mandate has focused on integrating the group's diverse editorial, production, and creative teams. At the helm of Sky TG24 since 2019, under his leadership, the outlet has accelerated its transformation from an all-news channel to a multi-platform information system, integrating television, web, apps, social media, and events. De Bellis previously directed GQ Italia, Condé Nast's magazine, and worked for 15 years (2001-2016) at the daily newspaper Il Giornale, where she consolidated her expertise until she became deputy director and then co-director. Throughout her career, De Bellis has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Ambrogino d'Oro and the Ischia Prize for journalism.
