Rome, October 31 (askanews) – According to Alessandro Noce (Director General for Energy Markets and Infrastructures at the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security), "Biomethane is one of the pillars of national decarbonization policies, which is also important for the country's energy security and autonomy. Following the initiatives of 2018 and 2022, the latter linked to the PNRR, at MASE we are working on a new Ministerial Decree to incentivize biomethane to achieve the ambitious goals of the PNIEC." Noce spoke at the meeting "Biomethane: Innovation, Sustainability, and Safety of New Field Refueling Systems," which took place at the Palazzo Rospigliosi Congress Center, the national headquarters of Coldiretti.
