(Adnkronos) – "La Casa Cambia is a show about living, with the same logic as Greek theater: to educate, transfer knowledge, and inform." This was stated by Antonio Disi, an ENEA researcher, presenting the theater project dedicated to housing and building redevelopment at 'Communicating Living 2026,' the think tank promoted by Casa Radio at the Casa dell'Architettura in Rome.
The initiative aims to raise awareness among citizens about the need to rethink the way we live and intervene in our homes. "The goal," Risi explained, "is to preview a show that we will subsequently bring to other Italian cities, involving architects, engineers, surveyors, and citizens to discuss housing and how to change the way we live and redevelop our homes."
One of the objectives is to understand why redevelopment decisions often come late or fail to translate into concrete interventions.
"It's very complicated for a technician to guide someone through the decision to move and upgrade their home. With this show," the researcher concluded, "we'll try to reflect, raise awareness, and evaluate the barriers and why people aren't able to get to the bottom of it."
