(Adnkronos) – "The National Health Service needs a profound shake-up. We need ideas, concrete proposals, and a vision capable of putting people's health and needs back at the center for a 'Health Welfare'. On November 12th, a process of discussion will begin in Naples, spanning the entire country, to listen, discuss, and build together the future of our healthcare system.
We will start from three fundamental principles: prevention when possible; treatment when necessary; and always caring for people. Three commitments, one goal: to strengthen our National Health Service and bring it ever closer to citizens. We begin in Naples, on November 12th at the University of Parthenope. This was posted on social media by Francesco Vaia, deputy member of the National Authority for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and former Director General of the National Institute for Infectious Diseases 'L.
Spallanzani Hospital in Rome' and the Director General of Prevention at the Ministry of Health.
