Jasmine Paolini makes her debut at the 2026 Italian Open. Today, Thursday 7 May, the Italian tennis player challenges Frenchwoman Leolia Jeanjean – live on TV and streaming – in the second round of the Rome Masters 1000, after obtaining a bye in the first round, and which she arrives at as the defending champion after beating Coco Gauff in last year's final. 

 

The match between Paolini and Jeanjean is scheduled for today, Thursday 7 May, around 12:30 pm.

This is the second match on the Foro Italico's Centre Court and will begin after Berrettini and Popyrin. The two players have only met once before, at the last United Cup, where the Italian won in straight sets. 

 

Paolini-Jeanjean will be broadcast live on SkySport, but will also be shown free-to-air on SuperTennis.

The match will be streamable on the SkyGo app, on NOW, on SuperTennis and on the SuperTennis web platform.
