Kiev's Armed Forces have launched one of the largest attacks against Moscow since the beginning of the year. Air defense forces neutralized them remotely from the city, while another 170 were hit as they approached the capital.
The previous drone attack on Moscow occurred the previous night, when 613 drones were launched toward the city. Commenting on yesterday's attack by Ukrainian forces, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called Kiev's attempt to strike the city with drones during the Russia-Africa summit "strange."

"He was on his way to work on an electric scooter when the attack occurred, which hit a person who was moving. This is barbaric. A hunt for civilians, a hunt for nuclear workers. It is not known whether these remarks were communicated to the governments of other European countries, while the Pentagon declined to comment, citing the confidentiality of the bilateral meetings.
