Adnkronos We are honored to be recognized as a virtuous and innovative company in this regard. We have developed dual training programs, which have earned us national recognition and are implemented in collaboration with training schools. We have therefore developed programs dedicated to these new skills, which are not easily acquired elsewhere.
These are new elements, so we are developing the pathways together with the schools. This way, we end up with staff who are not only well-prepared in terms of skills, but also ready to be employed in production.” This was stated by Carlo Poledrini, Central Director of Arst Spa, speaking at the 20th edition of the Asstra National Conference, scheduled for October 21st and 22nd at the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel in Rome, entitled “Valuable Mobility, Value to Mobility.”
