This was stated by Gianni Battacone, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture at the University of Sassari, speaking at the presentation of the book 'Ten Brief Lessons on Zootechnics' by Giuseppe Pulina, at the Sala Cinema Trevi in Rome.
“The idea behind the book is absolutely original.
Professor Pulina condenses into ten lessons a summary of important aspects of animal husbandry, clear even for those who are not strictly experts in the field", observed the animal husbandry professor.
"Another original element is that all this is done without the use of tables or graphs, but with a very clear narrative format. Some concepts are expressed in an almost banal manner, but they are not banal: they retain scientific authority and are supported by a very important bibliography," Battacone concluded.
