Chiara Nava Tragedy struck Milan overnight. Davide Di Lernia , 47, a videographer and producer, lost his life in a car accident on Via Mecenate. He was the son of singer-songwriter and radio host Leone Di Lernia, a longtime star of the Zoo di 105 program, who passed away in 2017. The accident occurred shortly after midnight. Davide Di Lernia was riding his motorcycle toward the city center when, for reasons yet to be determined, he lost control of the vehicle.

According to initial reconstructions, the motorcycle crashed into the railing protecting the tram tracks . The impact was extremely violent, and there was nothing that could be done for the 47-year-old. Davide Di Lernia worked in communications and video production . Throughout his career, he had also gained experience at several major radio stations, including Radio Monte Carlo, Radio 105 Network, and Virgin Radio. Just hours before the tragedy, he shared some images of Carl Cox's DJ set at Carroponte on social media.

Leone's death was devastating, but we knew that terrible disease was slowly taking him from us. We had time, as terrible as it was, to prepare ourselves for losing him, " Marco Mazzoli wrote.
“ But not you, Davide. Not you, damn it. You were young, you were healthy, you had a life ahead of you. You were like a brother to me. I watched you grow, become a man, become an extraordinary professional and, above all, a wonderful father. You were a fundamental part of our family, because that's what we've always been: much more than just a radio and television group. We shared years of work, laughter, difficult moments, satisfactions and dreams. And now I find myself here, trying to understand how it's possible that you're no longer here. Since this morning I've been unable to breathe from the pain. I keep thinking about you, your family, your daughter. I keep hoping that someone will call me to tell me that this is all a terrible mistake, ” added Mazzoli , filled with pain.
