Ballon d'Or 2026

from Crans-Montana.

It wasn't just the celebration for the award that caught the attention, but also the scenography used to serve the bottles. Videos of the evening show bright sparkles accompanying the arrival of the drinks, while Kane and the other guests celebrate the victory. This service method is common in many nightclubs, used to make the delivery of champagne and other bottles to the tables more spectacular. A ritual designed to create atmosphere, it has become part of the imagery of luxury nightlife over the years. These images, however, come at a particular time. After the tragedy in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, sparkling fountains attached to bottles have become the subject of heated public debate. On social media, there has been discussion about the appropriateness of continuing to use pyrotechnic effects to accompany parties, even when they are used purely for decorative purposes.
