The "beach hut" is being removed from Capanno in Ostia. One of the most famous beach resorts on the Roman coast, overlooking Piazzale Magellano, will begin work at the end of the 2026 season to remove the structure that has characterized Ostia's beach for years. After the work, which is expected to last several days, the resort will resume operations.
