Adnkronos (Adnkronos) – During the night of Wednesday, October 28, an entire family from Loria (Treviso), consisting of two parents and their four children, was taken to the hospital by Suem 118 for carbon monoxide poisoning. The gas was apparently produced by a brazier used to heat the apartment where the hospitalized family lived.
Firefighters from Castelfranco Veneto and Asolo, along with the Carabinieri, responded to the scene to provide first aid and secure the area. This is the second case of carbon monoxide poisoning reported in just a few hours in the province of Treviso, following one in Follina, where seven members of the same family were involved in a similar incident, caused by a brazier used for cooking.
