(Adnkronos) – "The sector is undergoing a tremendous transformation. Construction is a traditional field: one of the challenges will be implementing significant technological innovations. I believe that recent innovations, especially regarding environmental, safety, and technology, must be addressed with the best expertise we can provide."
This was stated by Giacomo Calzoni, sole director of Calzoni Spa, during the fifth edition of the Infrastructure Academy held in Rome at the Serra del Palazzo delle Esposizioni.
Calzoni also emphasized that the future trend for companies working with both public and private entities is to "use as little land as possible," adding that "investments will be made in existing assets: it will therefore be necessary to acquire and interpret a series of data to correctly evaluate planning."
"The NRRP has provided a wealth of resources. However, by doing so, it has depleted the administration's resources, so today we're starting almost from scratch in terms of planning. New resources will need to be allocated to ensure continuity and to ensure the work done so far isn't wasted because businesses have since expanded," Calzoni concluded.
