Adnkronos (Adnkronos) – Russia has announced the arrest of a Swedish citizen accused of "illegally crossing" the Russian border with the intent of preparing attacks against military facilities. The man, whose name and age were not released, was arrested in the Pskov region (northwest), not far from the border with Latvia, Russian security services said, cited by the state news agency Tass.
“He traveled to Russia to commit attacks and acts of sabotage against military sites,” according to the same source.
