The protagonists are Katie Zacharia, the new White House spokeswoman, and Mao Ning, China's diplomatic spokesperson. Zacharia received an invitation to travel "more often" to the People's Republic after sharing his memories of the toilet situation in the People's Republic when he lived in the Asian giant.
"We invite you to come to China more often, when you have the opportunity," Mao told reporters.
