(Adnkronos) – "Today, the key is to try to network because, as you can see, collaboration is essential. Unfortunately, we are also affected by a series of international conflicts and geopolitical situations that indirectly impact the cost of living and all economic situations that can be sustained. Given this, it is essential to strengthen these relationships to try to create unity of purpose, to network especially in times of difficulty."
Antonello Aurigemma made this statement on the sidelines of a meeting requested by Sven Alkemade, president of the YoHoCo Board of Directors, with Ombudsman Marino Fardelli to explore Lazio's experiences with active citizenship, the right of access, and citizen protection in dealings with public administration.
"We did it during the pandemic and we are doing it again for future challenges, from technological innovation to artificial intelligence, where it is essential to collaborate and create synergy, even in important situations," he adds. "I was the rapporteur for the health emergency plan in Brussels, and it is essential to try to establish uniformity of healthcare across Europe and then expand and extend it elsewhere.
But never before has globalization, which is reversing not only the economic world, been so critical to addressing the many other service needs that regions and states must be able to provide to their citizens.
