Juventus, Celik injured: how he is and when he'll be back on the pitch

(Adnkronos) –
Zeki Celik has suffered an injury. The Juventus defender suffered a muscle strain during the 2-2 Europa League draw against Rennes at the Allianz Stadium on Matchday 3, leaving the pitch early. Having started on the right flank, Celik was replaced by Kalulu and will undergo tests in the coming hours to assess the extent of the injury.

Celik complained of pain in his right thigh and will miss the away match against Lecce, scheduled for Sunday, October 25.

His presence is also considered doubtful for the midweek match against Genoa at Marassi, while Spalletti hopes to have him back for the big match against Napoli on Sunday 1 November.
