Napoli, De Bruyne and Lucca clash on the pitch: what happened?

Tensions are high at Napoli. Yesterday, the Azzurri were thrashed 4-1 by Porto on Matchday 4 of the Champions League, following yet another disappointing performance, especially in the second half, which left Massimiliano Allegri in the dock. However, the atmosphere in the dressing room is also causing controversy, as evidenced by the altercation between Lorenzo Lucca and Kevin De Bruyne during the match at Do Dragao. 

During the second half, a wrong move by the striker infuriated the Belgian attacking midfielder, who turned on his teammate.

Lucca responded in turn and De Bruyne, as revealed by lip-reading, replied in English with a “Why are you talking? F*** you”.
