Adnkronos (Adnkronos) – "I believe this is an example that I hope will become a model of how Italian business, by best combining the identity where Maire 'returns home' with innovation and internationalization, can address the challenges of environmental transition, energy sustainability, and the digital economy. In this center, young researchers and scientists will test the effectiveness of their ideas on new technologies and new materials in the field.
In this scenario, Italy can be a European leader: consider our ability to recycle critical raw materials, our ability to chart a new path for civil nuclear power, building on our country's historic tradition, and our ability to develop cutting-edge environmental technologies. This is an example of what large Italian companies can and must do with the support of institutions in our industrial cities, because Rome is, in all respects, also a major industrial city.
This was stated by Adolfo Urso, Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy, speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Node Roma, the first branch of the international network of Research and Development centers of Nextchem, a Maire Group company dedicated to sustainable technologies.
